Oriental Vinaigrette for warm scallops salad

Yield 6 portions

 

60 ml of rice vinegar

60 ml of sesam oil

30 ml of soya

40 g of grated ginger

1 tea spoon of pepper sauce

Add sugar to balance the acidity

Add salt and pepper depending on your taste

 

Serve with a mesclun salad. Mix it with the vinaigrette and add the seared scallops just after!
