Ingredients:
- 170 g of salmon fillets
- 125 ml of maple syrup
- 2 tea spoon of grain mustard
Add salt and pepper to the salmon, pan-fry in half oil and half butter.
After 10 seconds, add the maple syrup and turn the salmon in order to glaze it for about one minute.
The salmon must not be overcooked.
Finally, add the mustard and place in the oven at 400F for 7-8 minutes.
Enjoy it with mashed potatoes!
