3 pears for 6 people
- 3 peeled pears
- ½ cup of sugar
- 120g blue cheese, finely chopped
- 6 sheets of phyllo pastry
- 1/2 pound of melted butter
Cut the phyllo sheet in four pieces and brush it with butter.
Stack each quarter of the phyllo sheet to form a cross.
Caramelize the pears with sugar, spread in the middle of the cross and add 20g of blue cheese per bundle.
Bake 10mn at 425F on a baking pan.
