Crust
3 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 ½ cup of butter
3/4 tea spoon of vanilla
Batter
2 cup of sugar
4 lbs of cream cheese
8 eggs
4 tea spoon of vanilla
Topping
9 apples cut into quarters
1 cup of sugar
1 ½ tea spoon of cinnamon
1 ½ tea spoon of nutmeg
Finish
¾ cup of slices almonds
PREPARATION
Crust
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the dough separates from the sides.
2. Press dough into a cheesecake mold (hinge)
3. Bake the dough in the oven for 15mn (375F)
Batter
1. Mix all the ingredients until getting a smooth consistency
2. Pour the batter on the crust
Topping
1. Mix well and ensure that all apples are covered
2. Add apples in a circle by starting from the outside and finishing in the center, then bake for 20 min (375F)
8. Add the almonds and bake for 10 min (375F / 190°C)
