Sous-Chefs

We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 3 years experience. We accept students from culinary trade academies who

must have graduated in the top 20% of their class. The knowledge of pans and sauces are a prerequisite. The execution and the

presentation of the plates are also a must. This person must be able to lead a group of individuals in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Grillman

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience working with live charcoal, broilers or grills. The grill person must

have a good understanding of meat (beef) and fresh fish, must be able to handle volume and pressure. This position offers excellent

working conditions with the possibility of a 5-day workweek.

Bar Staff

Full-time and Part-time positions available

Virtuoso extraordinaire in the science of mixing drinks. Serve clients with enthusiasm, attention to detail and expediency. Respect

standard recipes of the house. Ensure all tables and bar counters are clean, properly set and comfortably laid out. Promote special

items, upsell and above all entertain!

Receptionist & Hostess

Candidates must have experience in customer service and be perfectly bilingual. This position requires that the candidate possess the

following qualities: Highly motivated, outgoing, and enjoy dealing with the public.Have to be available at all time: day, night, week end.

Professional Wait Staff

Candidates must posess a minimum 5 years experience in a high volume, quality restaurant, with strong knowledge of wine service.

Successful candidates will be outgoing, confident with strong leadership & organizational skills.

Cook

Candidates must posess a minimum 5 years experience in a high-end, large volume restaurant. Experience in a Steak and Seafood environment is preferred.
